I have used his service for at least four years now and can\u2019t say enough good things about his work. Most important, this guy is ethical. If you don\u2019t need something, he won\u2019t give it to you. (So unlike some other places) Secondly, he speaks plain English-not just \u201cgeek talk\u201d and answers all your questions in a way that anyone can understand. He is patient and if he doesn\u2019t\u2019 know the answer to something he will research it until he does. My first computer went to computer heaven about a year ago and Chad actually went shopping with me to find a new one that would suit my needs and price range. I could not have done this on my own.
