Like so many others out there, I was stressed out every time my computer would break down. Being in my “early middles” I had basically no knowledge of how a computer worked or technical terms. I therefore was at the mercy of some computer “wiz kids” with no communication skills.That was until I met Chad of Canter Computer Consulting. I have used his service for at least four years now and can’t say enough good things about his work. Most important, this guy is ethical. If you don’t need something, he won’t give it to you. (So unlike some other places) Secondly, he speaks plain English-not just “geek talk” and answers all your questions in a way that anyone can understand. He is patient and if he doesn’t’ know the answer to something he will research it until he does. My first computer went to computer heaven about a year ago and Chad actually went shopping with me to find a new one that would suit my needs and price range. I could not have done this on my own. Chad Canter has been my computer repairman for approximately 4 years. During that time whenever I had a computer problem I called him and he came to my house to fix it. He is knowledgeable, professional, honest, trusting and an all around nice guy. He even gave me computer lessons since I’m not really computer friendly.
